South Carolina Code § 11-35-210

Determinations; exemption.

(A) Written determinations expressly required by the code or regulations must be retained in an official contract file of the governmental body administering the contract. These determinations must be documented in sufficient detail to satisfy the requirements of audit as provided in Section 11-35-1230.
(B) All findings, determinations, decisions, policies, and procedures allowed by this chapter are exempt from the requirements of Section 1-23-140(b).
Editor's Note
2019 Act No. 41, SECTION 80, provides as follows:
"SECTION 80. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to solicitations issued after that date."
Effect of Amendment
2019 Act No. 41, SECTION 5, inserted the (A) identifier and added (B).
