The Department of Health and Environmental Control, within twenty days after the grant of any license as aforesaid, shall notify the Comptroller General of the issuing of such license, with the name of the person to whom issued, the time of the license, and the location for which it was issued. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.M, substituted "Department of Health and Environmental Control" for "State Budget and Control Board", and made other nonsubstantive changes.
