The Department of Health and Environmental Control shall be charged with the exclusive control and protection of the rights and interest of the State in the phosphate rocks and phosphatic deposits in the navigable streams and in the marshes thereof. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.M, substituted "Department of Health and Environmental Control" for "State Budget and Control Board".
