As part of the approval process relating to trades of state property for nonstate property, the Department of Administration is authorized to approve the application of any net proceeds resulting from such a transaction to the improvement of the property held by the department. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.L, substituted "Department of Administration" for "Budget and Control Board" and substituted "department" for "board".
