Circuit solicitors shall receive a salary as provided by the General Assembly in the annual general appropriations act. South Carolina Crime Victim Services Editor's Note 2017 Act No. 96, SECTION 1, provides as follows: "This act may be cited as the 'South Carolina Crime Victim Services Act'."
