A. The Legislative Audit Council shall conduct timely and periodic audits of each site's fiscal and programmatic activities and shall report on such audits to the Governor and General Assembly. B. Nothing in the above paragraph or any other section of this chapter shall be construed so as to prohibit or hinder any state agency or commission impacted by the project from conducting the regularly scheduled audits of that agency or commission.
