(a) The Commission shall recommend to the Governor a person who shall be employed as Commissioner and shall, with the approval of the Governor, employ such person who shall be subject to dismissal by the Commission with the approval of the Governor. The Commissioner shall be the chief administrative officer of the Commission, and shall perform such duties as are incident to such office or are required of him by the Commission. (b) The Commissioner shall receive such compensation as may be provided by law. (c) The Commissioner shall recommend to the Commission, and with its approval, employ attorneys, secretaries, clerks, investigators and conciliators for the expeditious discharge of the Commission's duties.
