All vacant lands and lands purchased by the former land commissioners of the State are subject to the directions of the Department of Administration. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.C, substituted "are subject to the directions of the Department of Administration" for "shall be subject to the directions of the State Budget and Control Board".
