Meetings of members

(a) Regular meetings of members shall be held at least once a year. Special meetings may be demanded by a written petition of at least one-tenth (1/10) of the membership, in which case it is the duty of the secretary to call the meeting to take place within thirty (30) days after the demand. Meetings of the members may be held within or without this state. (b) The articles of association or bylaws may provide for meetings by units of the membership and may provide for a method of transmitting the votes there cast to the central meeting, or for a method of representation by the election of delegates to the central meeting, or for a combination of both methods.
