§ 6A-12-103. Relation to chapter 9 and consumer laws. (a) Chapter 9 of this title governs in case of conflict. If there is conflict between this chapter and Chapter 9 of this title, Chapter 9 of this title governs. (b) Applicable consumer law and other laws. A transaction subject to this chapter is subject to: (1) Any applicable rule of law that establishes a different rule for consumers; (2) Any other statute or regulation that regulates the rates, charges, agreements, and practices for loans, credit sales, or other extensions of credit; and (3) Any consumer-protection statute or regulation.
