Rhode Island Code § 5-95-15

If any provision of this chapter is declared unconstitutional or illegal, or the applicability of this chapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the constitutionality or legality of the remaining provisions of this chapter and the application of this chapter to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect without the invalid provision or application.
