Nonlawyer may represent corporation before board

A corporation or limited liability company that is registered or required to be registered as a contractor under this chapter and that is a party in any proceeding before the board or office may appear or be represented in the proceeding by an officer of the corporation who is not a member of the state bar; provided such officer provides satisfactory documentation and attestation to the board confirming that such officer is the sole owner, officer, director, manager, member of the corporation or limited liability company.
