Grounds for discipline

The division of professional regulation has the power to deny, revoke, or suspend any license issued by the administrator of professional regulation or applied for in accordance with this chapter or to discipline a dietitian upon proof that the person: (1) Is guilty of fraud or deceit in procuring or attempting to procure a license; (2) Is guilty of a felony; (3) Has willfully or repeatedly violated any of the provisions of this chapter; or (4) Is habitually negligent in the performance of his or her duties.
