Denial, suspension, and revocation of licenses

(a) An application for a license may be denied or a license may be suspended or revoked when the director has determined that the operation is not being and/or will not be conducted in a manner prescribed in these regulations. (b) When an application for a license is denied or when a license is suspended or revoked, a hearing shall be granted if a hearing is requested, in writing, by the aggrieved applicant within ten (10) days of the denial, suspension, or revocation.
