Notice to department of place of business — Notice to holders of license

(a) A person who holds a license shall notify the department, in writing, of the regular address of the place or places where he or she engages or intends to engage in the fitting or the sale of hearing aids. (b) The department shall keep a record of the place of business of licensees. (c) Any notice required to be given by the department to a person who holds a license shall be mailed to him or her, by certified mail, at the address of the last place of business that he or she has provided the department.
