(a) The members of the council and the chairperson shall not be compensated for their service on the board, but the members and chairperson shall be reimbursed for their actual expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties. (b) [Deleted by P.L. 2005, ch. 117, art. 21, § 34.]
