Notice of decisions

Within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the hearing, the Rhode Island commerce corporation shall render its decision and findings and shall give notice by publication in some newspaper of general circulation published in Rhode Island and distributed in Washington and Providence counties and by mailing a copy by registered or certified mail to each person who shall have registered with the corporation the person's name and address with a request for specific notification of the results of the hearing.
