Rhode Island Code § 42-64-8.3

Transparency requirements established

The following records deemed public under chapter 2 of title 38 shall be available to the public upon request and posted directly on the website of the corporation: (1) Job descriptions of the executive director and management; (2) Employment contracts of the executive director and management; (3) Quarterly financial statements produced in accordance with § 35-3-17.1; (4) Capital improvement plans; (5) Operating budgets; (6) Strategic plans; (7) Agendas and minutes of the open meetings of the board of the corporation and the boards of the corporation’s subsidiaries, provided, however, that this provision shall not apply to the Quonset development corporation, the Rhode Island airport corporation, the I-195 redevelopment district, and the East Providence waterfront district; (8) Quarterly reporting required by § 42-90-1; (9) All regulations of the corporation; (10) Enabling legislation; (11) Mission statement as required by § 42-64-8.2(a)(4); (12) Board members; (13) Organizational chart; (14) Bylaws of the corporation; and (15) All reports and audits required by this chapter.
