§ 40.1-9-2. Compact administrator. The fiscal agent in the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals shall be the compact administrator and authorized to carry out all of the powers and duties set forth in the compact, provided, that the duties set forth in the compact shall not be in diminution of the duties or powers of the fiscal agent.
