§ 40.1-5-31. Maintenance of facilities. Facilities under the jurisdiction, supervision, and control of the department shall be maintained, and services shall be provided, for the care and treatment of the psychiatrically disabled of the state and for other persons and related purposes as shall be provided and authorized by law.
