§ 40.1-24-14. Operation of unlicensed facility. Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any facility, as defined in this chapter, without a license pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both, in the discretion of the court, for each offense.
