§ 40.1-21-12. Rules and regulations. The director of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals, after consultation with the Rhode Island developmental disabilities council, shall make and promulgate such rules and regulations pertaining to services for developmentally disabled adults as specified in this chapter when the services are provided in whole or in part by the use of state and/or federal funds earmarked for developmentally disabled persons.
