§ 40.1-2-2. Rules and regulations. The department shall adopt, amend, promulgate, and enforce rules and regulations as are deemed necessary to accomplish the purposes of §§ 40.1-2-1 — 40.1-2-5; provided, however, that all rules and regulations shall be consistent with all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations governing third-party programs.
