As used in this chapter: (1) “Account” means the uninsured motorist identification restricted account created in § 31-47.4-2. (2) “Database” means the uninsured motorist identification database created in § 31-47.4-2. (3) “Designated agent” means the third party the division of motor vehicles contracts with under § 31-47.4-2. (4) “Division” means the division of motor vehicles. (5) “Program” means the uninsured motorist identification database program created in § 31-47.4-2.
