(a) Each employer shall post and keep posted, in conspicuous places upon its premises where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted, a notice, to be approved by the agency, setting forth excerpts from, or summaries of, the pertinent provisions of this chapter and information pertaining to the filing of a charge. (b) Any employer who or that willfully violates this section shall be assessed a civil money penalty not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for each separate offense.
