(a) The court shall enter judgment within fifteen (15) days after the conclusion of the evidence. (b) The judgment shall be final when entered. Any appeal shall be prosecuted on an expedited basis and must be taken within five (5) days of entry. No request for reconsideration, review, or appeal, and no posting of a bond, shall dissolve or stay the judgment.
