If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that the furnishing of any information or assistance to a claims adjuster involves any act or practice that is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, the commissioner may issue a written order specifying in what respects that act or practice is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, and requiring the discontinuance of that act or practice.
