Findings

(a) The board of appeals shall determine its findings and submit a report in writing affirming, modifying, or revoking the order of the building official in whole or in part, and shall determine the remedial steps if any to be taken to render the building or other structure safe. (b) The findings and determination agreed upon by a majority of the board shall be deemed conclusive, and certified copies of the report shall be filed with the building official and with the owner or the owner’s representative, and shall be binding upon the building official and all parties in interest.
