Professions and occupations licenses, certifications, and registration — Confidentiality of personal information

Notwithstanding the licensure, certification, or registration requirements specified in statutes governing professions and occupations administered by the department of health, the director of health shall not include the personal residence address, personal telephone number, personal email address, or other personal contact information of licensed professionals on any and all public provider profiles, registries, and any other lists of professionals and occupations developed and maintained by the department. P.L. 2024, ch. 260, § 9, and P.L. 2024, ch. 261, § 9 provide: “If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this act, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable.”
