(a) No person or entity licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 28.6 of this title, except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, shall be granted more than one license. (b) No licensee shall own, control, manage or operate any other entity licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (c) Nothing in this chapter or chapter 28.6 of this title shall be construed to prohibit a compassion center licensed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 28.6 of this title from acquiring additional licensing issued to conduct retail sales as a hybrid cannabis retailer pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (d) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit one person from investing in multiple licensed entities under this chapter; provided no one person or entity shall be a majority owner in more than one licensed entity.
