(a) All permits issued by the director shall, unless renewed, expire at midnight of the last day of the twelfth month after the date of issue. (b) All permits may, except in the case of any permit revoked for cause after a hearing, as provided in this chapter, be renewable by the director upon the filing at least twenty (20) days before the expiration of the permit with the director of an application for renewal giving any information that the director shall, by written regulation, reasonably require.
