As used in §§ 20-2-39 — 20-2-43, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) “Stamp” means a Rhode Island trout conservation stamp issued by the division of fish and wildlife as provided for in § 20-2-41; and (2) “Trout” means any fish species in the family salmonidae including all species of trout, salmon, and charr.
