Establishment of conservation districts

There are established, three (3) conservation districts as follows: (1) All that portion known as Washington County and Kent County is incorporated into a district to be called the southern Rhode Island conservation district; (2) All that portion known as Providence County is incorporated into a district to be called the northern Rhode Island conservation district; (3) All that portion known as Newport County and Bristol County is incorporated into a district to be called the eastern Rhode Island conservation district.
