(a) The membership of the commission shall receive no compensation for their services but shall be allowed their travel and necessary expenses. (b) The commission may engage any clerical, technical, and other assistance that it may deem necessary, and spend other funds to accomplish its purpose. (c) All departments and agencies of the state shall furnish any advice and information, documentary and otherwise, to the commission and its agents that is deemed necessary or desirable by the commission to facilitate the purposes of this chapter. (d) The director of administration is authorized and directed to provide suitable quarters for the commission.
