(a) One-half (½) of all the fines collected pursuant to §§ 11-9-13.2 — 11-9-13.20 shall be transferred to the municipalities in which the citation originated. (b) One-half (½) of all the fines collected pursuant to §§ 11-9-13.2 — 11-9-13.20 shall be transferred to the general fund.
