Firing in Blackstone Valley Flood Plain prohibited

Every person who shall hunt or discharge any firearm within the Blackstone Valley Flood Plains or Marshes, also known as the “Valley Marshes,” shall be subject to: (1) A fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for the first offense; (2) A fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for sixty (60) days, or both, for the second offense; and (3) For any subsequent offense a fine of not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for ninety (90) days, or both.
