(a) (Reserved). (b) Inconsistent repeal.-- All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this part are repealed. This part shall furnish a complete and exclusive system for the government and regulation of boroughs, except as enumerated under section 102 (relating to excluded provisions). (c) Law not repealed.-- Nothing under this part shall be construed to repeal any of the following: (1) A local or special law. (2) A law relating to the Navigation Commission for the Delaware River and its Navigable Tributaries. (3) A law, the enforcement of which is vested in the Department of Health. (3.1) A law, the enforcement of which is vested in the Department of Environmental Protection. (4) A law, the enforcement of which is vested in the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (5) The act of December 31, 1965 (P.L.1257, No.511), known as The Local Tax Enabling Act. (6) The act of February 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3), known as the Right-to-Know Law. (7) 45 Pa.C.S. (relating to legal notices). (8) 65 Pa.C.S. (relating to public officers). (9) 66 Pa.C.S. Pt. I (relating to Public Utility Code). (d) Revival.-- Nothing under this part shall be construed to revive any act or part of a repealed act.
