The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Committee." A borough advisory committee. "Freeholder." A person enjoying a continuous right of ownership and possession of real property for an indeterminate period by fee simple or life estate. "Township." A township of the first or second class or any home rule township.
