This act shall take effect as follows: (1) Except as set forth in paragraph (2), the addition of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3369 shall take effect in 120 days. (2) The addition of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3369(c) shall take effect 60 days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin of the notice under section 4. (3) Except as set forth in paragraph (4), the addition of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3370 shall take effect in 60 days. (4) The addition of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3370(e) shall take effect 60 days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin of the notice under section 5.
