The addition of 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 3814 and 3815 shall apply as follows: (1) Except as set forth in paragraph (2) or (3), after June 30, 2009, for an offender sentenced under this chapter. (2) On and after the effective date of this section for an offender sentenced for a misdemeanor of the first degree. (3) After June 30, 2006, for an offender sentenced pursuant to section 3804(a)(3), (b)(2) and (c)(1).
