This act shall take effect as follows: (1) The amendment or addition of 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 4706(b.1) and (e), 4710 and 6116 and section 8 of this act shall take effect immediately. (2) The addition of 75 Pa.C.S. Ch. 72 shall take effect July 1, 1993. (3) The remainder of this act shall take effect 60 days after the Department of Transportation certifies by notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin that an enhanced emission inspection program will commence. 1994 Partial Repeal. Section 10 of Act 2 of 1994 provided that par. (3) is repealed insofar as it is inconsistent with the effective date of the reenactment of 75 Pa.C.S. § 4704(e) under Act 2. 1993, JUNE 28, P.L.137, NO.33
