Pennsylvania Code § 73-5516

Failure of board of commissioners to hold hearing.

If, after the filing of a petition under this chapter, the board of commissioners fails to hold a required hearing, an aggrieved party may file a mandamus action in the court of common pleas requesting that a hearing be held.
