Pennsylvania Code § 73-4911

Tax rates to be expressed in dollars and cents.

If the board of commissioners, by ordinance or resolution, fixes the rate of taxation for any year at a mill rate, the ordinance or resolution shall also include a statement expressing the rate of taxation in dollars and cents on each $100 of assessed valuation of taxable property.
