Pennsylvania Code § 73-4321

Smoke regulations.

The board of commissioners may regulate the emission of smoke from chimneys, smokestacks and other sources, except locomotive smokestacks, to the extent that the regulation is not otherwise prohibited by applicable Federal or State law.
