A township may: (1) Sue and be sued. (2) Have and use a corporate seal and alter the seal. (3) Purchase, exchange, acquire by gift or otherwise, hold, lease, let and convey, by sale or lease, real and personal property deemed to be in the best interest of the township subject to the restrictions, limitations or exceptions as specified in this part.
