Pennsylvania Code § 73-3911

Appropriations to veterans' home associations.

The board of commissioners may make an annual appropriation not to exceed $300 for the support of a veterans' home association that:
(1) provides a home or meeting facility within the township for the use of United States war veterans; and
(2) is not maintained in whole or in part by the United States or a governmental agency other than the township.
