Pennsylvania Code § 73-1933

Offices incompatible with civil service commissioner.

A civil service commissioner may not hold an elective or appointed office under the Federal Government, the Commonwealth or a political subdivision of the Commonwealth, except that one member of the civil service commission may be a member of the board of commissioners.
