* * * (c) Limitations on salaries for retirement purposes.-- In the case of any member terminating service on or after the effective date of this act any limitations on salaries as determined for retirement purposes pursuant to the act of June 16, 1971 (P.L.157, No.8) are repealed retroactive to January 1, 1973. * * * References in Text. The act of June 16, 1971 (P.L.157, No.8), referred to in subsec. (c), established the Commonwealth Compensation Commission which was abolished by the act of July 27, 1973 (P.L.225, No.57).
