(a) Power.-- If the authority deems it necessary for a purpose under this chapter, the authority has the power to acquire any of the following with respect to land within the city by purchase or eminent domain proceedings: (1) A fee. (2) Any right, title, interest or easement. (b) Procedure.-- The right of eminent domain shall be exercised by the authority in the manner provided by the act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess., P.L.84, No.6), known as the Eminent Domain Code.
