The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Board." The Board of Claims established in section 1721 (relating to Board of Claims). "Claimant." A contractor or Commonwealth agency that files a claim with the board. "Respondent." A contractor or Commonwealth agency against which a claim filed with the board is asserted.
